How do I find what is registered on title?

To find out what's registered on title, conduct a property search and buy a copy of the parcel register. The Parcel Register (also known as the parcel abstract), is a title record containing the property description and a list of active registered instruments for the subject property within the Land Registration System of Ontario.

To purchase a parcel register within the Property Report, scroll to Property Details and click the Parcel Register View Details button.

The Product Details window will open. Please note that if you wish to include all deleted instruments, select the checkbox below Product Configuration.

Choose Add to Cart, then Checkout to purchase all cart items, or Quick checkout to purchase the Parcel Register.
