If you've purchased an item from the GeoWarehouse Store and would like to request a refund, please complete the following REFUND REQUEST FORM and provide the following information to Customer Service for approval:
- Item bought and reason for the refund request
- The transaction ID # (or copy of the receipt)
- A copy of the purchased item
- Any relevant documentation (if available)

*All refunds must be approved before they are processed. If you experienced technical issues and see more than one charge on your credit card, these charges are pending. Wait 2-3 business days for all charges to post to your card before contacting GeoWarehouse.
