If you've bought a report from GeoWarehouse, such as a parcel register or Property Insights report, and would like to request a refund, please provide the following information to Customer Service.
- Item bought and reason for refund request
- The transaction ID # (or copy of the receipt)
- A copy of the purchased item
- Any relevant documentation (if available)
