If you've purchased a report from GeoWarehouse in error, experienced duplicate charges due to technical issues, or have concerns about a document or report purchased, and would like to request a refund, please provide the following information to Customer Service.
- Item bought and reason for the refund request
- The transaction ID # (or copy of the receipt)
- A copy of the purchased item
- Any relevant documentation (if available)
