If you purchased a plan or an instrument document and it is hard to read/illegible, you can contact Customer Service; we can look into getting a better copy for you.
To request a better copy of an imaged document, you will need:
- your Transaction ID,
- the address the plan or document is associated with,
- and a copy of the poor quality document
