If you are attempting to purchase an item from the GeoWarehouse Store and encounter the error - An error has occurred while processing the request - during the payment process while using a saved credit card, it is possible that the card is either invalid or has expired.
To check the credit card saved, follow these steps:
- Click on Account in the top right corner of the site
- From the drop-down, select My Account
- When the page loads click on Billing & Payments from the left side menu
- Review any saved credit cards and delete any that are expired or invalid
- You can not save a new one in your Account but you will have the option to save a new credit card at checkout.
