GeoWarehouse: How do I access the Title Check tool?

To access the Title Check + Parcel Register feature, go to the Property Report.

The Title Checks + Parcel Register tile will appear if the property has any of the following: Active Mortgage, Active Lien, Active NOSI (Notice of Security Interest), Registered Condominium Declaration, Registered Condominium Plan.

If the tile is not visible, it means the parcel register for the property does not have any of the document types mentioned above.

This feature allows you to order the parcel register and obtain copies of the relevant documents for your property in one simple step. Please note that not all the document types listed above may apply.
