GeoWarehouse is a channel that provides access to Ontario's Land Registry Data.

The sale price shown in GeoWarehouse is from the consideration field found on page 1 of a transfer document.

This is also consistent with what is recorded on the Parcel Register.

This amount cannot be amended, as it is the official record from the Land Registration System.

If you believe the information contained on the transfer or parcel register is incorrect, we suggest you consult a real estate professional to have it corrected.
