Why is the Property Type in the Property Details section of the Property Report different than the Property Description in the Site and Structure Section?

The Property Type at the top of the Property Details section is from another data source and is defined as one of 12 types a Lawyer may assign a property when they submit paperwork.
 
The Information included in the Site and Structure section is determined by MPAC and there are over 800 types defined at a very granular level (example: “Boathouse with residence above”).  Therefore, there will likely be variations between the two fields.
