GeoWarehouse: How does the report counter work?

The report counter is triggered when you access information on a specific property that is identified by a unique 9-digit PIN (Property Identification Number).  You can access information about a property in both versions of GeoWarehouse without triggering the report counter again provided it is within 7 days from the original request.
