GeoWarehouse: How can I generate and print comparable sales?

In the Property Details window, click the Comparables Icon in the Menu.

Choose your comparable search criteria in the window that opens. Click Find Comparables. 

To print, select the Print PDF icon location in the Comparable Sales tool bar on the right side of the window.

In the Choose Your report window, click the appropriate radio to generate either My Report or Client Report. Click Customize to choose your preferences. Then click the Generate PDF button.

    I can’t view or save the comparable sales report.  I see the comparables but would like to save, email or print in its report format

    Hello Joan,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues.  If you clicked on the PDF icon in the Comparables Sales toolbar and are still not able to get a PDF, what you are experiencing may be related to your browser if you are using Chrome and have extensions installed.

    I would suggest that you give us a call at 1-866-237-5937.  You can also consider using a different browser in the meantime to see if you receive the results you need.
