How to access the Easement Title Check Tool

We are offering a new report on Easements called the Easement Title Check Tool.  This report will identify registered Easements on a property.  The following are the types of Easements that will be identified:

• Agreement Re Easement (AGEASE)
• Agreement Re Easement (AGESMT)
• Agreement Re Right of Way (AGRW)
• Transfer of Easement (Grant) (TESMT)
• Transfer of Right of Way (TRW)
• Condominium Declaration (CONDEC)
