If a property search shows the Owner Name as N/A, the property is most likely still in Registry.

• Registry properties do not list an owner
• Sales history may not be up to date
• Registry records are paper‑based, not electronic

To confirm if the property is still in Registry, check the Registration Type in the Property Details

• Land Titles = electronic registration
• Registry = paper registration at the LRO
