GeoWarehouse: How often is the land registry data in GeoWarehouse updated?

The GeoWarehouse database is updated within 10 business days of when the document is certified by the Land Registry Office.  This certification can take up to 21 days. 

If you require instant access to property title data or property ownership information you can obtain it by purchasing a Parcel Register* (POLARIS Parcel Register*) in the GeoWarehouse store which will give you the property title data instantly. This is important because property title documents can change at any time and having the most recent, current record will ensure that you have current and accurate information.
