At the top right-hand side of the GeoWarehouse window, click the Account button.
Choose My Account and a window will open with an account overview and a list of sub sections on the left of the page: Profile, Downloads, Subscriptions, Billing & Payments and Preferences.
My Account
This account overview provides a summary of your profile, viewed reports, recent downloads and subscription information. Select Edit Profile or Details to review or update the individual sections.
It is also possible to access the GeoWarehouse Store - click Get More Reports in the Viewed reports tile.
Profile
Your personal information, including your profile photo, contact details, website and social media links can be updated in the Profile tab.
Click on Password to change your GeoWarehouse password.
Downloads
The Download section allows you to access any recently purchased downloadable products from the eStore (such as report, instrument, plan etc).
You may customize the date of purchase using the calendar button at the right-hand side.
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section allows you to view the details of your subscription. Select Details to review your Viewed Property Report History, or click on the Viewed Reports History tab in the left-hand menu.
Billing & Payments
Billing & Payments provides a list of your recent purchases. Access a more comprehensive list of purchases by clicking All Purchases or the Payment History tab in the left-hand menu.
Preferences
In this section you can set default preferences for overall GeoWarehouse functionality, Comparables Search and PDF Property Report.
- General - choose your preferred default search method, Location, unit of Measurement and Map preferences. Be sure to click Save Preferences to retain your choices.
- Comparables Search - select your preferred default criteria and then Save Preferences.
- PDF Property Report - select the options to include by default in the PDF version of a Property Report by clicking ON or OFF for each section. Be sure to click Save Preferences to retain your choices

I was billed $37.31 on my credit card in January 2019 by Teranet but I don't know what it was for. Its not coming up in my search of recent payments/requests.
