If you can not locate your purchases or payment history under the Recent Downloads section of GeoWarehouse, it is possible that you made your purchase for an MPAC report or a Report Bundle via propertylineTM. You will not find your payment history or purchases for these types of transactions under the Recent Downloads in GeoWarehouse. To find your payment history or any reports or bundles you have purchased, you need to visit propertylineTM directly.
To access propertylineTM through GeoWarehouse, you would go through the GeoWarehouse Store.
Select the Store icon and then select the View MPAC Reports link:

Click on any report name, you will be taken to the new propertyline™ e-store.

The MPAC team has recommended that we forward any customer inquiries or issues regarding their products, reports, and data to their support team at propertyline@mpac.ca. The support services for MPAC and propertylineTM are accessible from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
