The Title Check allows you to buy the Parcel Register along with any relevant Title Documents. The Title Checks + Parcel Register option appears if the property has any of the following*:

• Active Mortgage
• Active Lien
• Active NOSI (Notice of Security Interest)
• Registered Condominium Declaration
• Registered Condominium Plan

If the Title Check option is absent, it means the parcel register lacks the mentioned document types.

Previously, you had to buy the Parcel Register separately to check for documents, then make another purchase if they existed. This feature simplifies the process by allowing you to order the Parcel Register and relevant documents in one step, confirming their presence beforehand.
