If you purchased an MPAC report or Report Bundle through Propertyline, it will not appear under Recent Downloads in Geowarehouse. You will need to go to Propertyline to find receipts and any purchased reports.
To access PropertyLine through GeoWarehouse, you will need to go through the GeoWarehouse Store.
To do so, you can select the Store icon and then select the View MPAC Reports link:
Upon clicking on any report name, you will be taken to the new propertyline™ e-store.
The MPAC team has recommended that we forward any customer inquiries or issues regarding their products, reports, and data to their support team at propertyline@mpac.ca. The support services for MPAC and PropertyLine are accessible from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
