How to use the heat maps in GeoWarehouse

In GeoWarehouse, you can view heat maps for average sales, growth rates, and market turnover for residential sales statistics.*

To activate a view-only map layer:

• Adjust the map to your area of interest.
• Select the map layers icon from the menu at the top right of the window.
• Select the off toggle for the desired map layer to turn it on.
• The menu window will expand. To adjust the property type and date range, select the down arrow
• Choose from freehold or condo. To adjust the date range, select the down arrow, choose 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
• The area heat map layer will appear on the screen.

* You can not print the heat map from this window. To print the heat maps, you can generate a PDF Client Report for a subject property, which includes a Heat Map segment within the report.
