How to search for Leased Land or a Co-operative?

If a property is a co-operative or part of a lifestyle community, the owners do not own the land but are leaseholders.  The corporation holds title to the land, so searching by address or owner name will not return a result in GeoWarehouse.

To search for these types of properties, it is suggested to search for an address nearby that is not part of the lifestyle community. Once found, left-click the parcel on the map to view its details.
