I am unable to purchase the condominium plans for Ottawa-Carleton Standard Condominium Corporations 883 (2310 St. Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa) and 1066 (3735 St. Joseph Boulevard, Ottawa). I have purchased plans on-line previously, but when I click on the Plans, Surveys tab "no documents available" is returned.

Thank you for you reaching out to us.
In order to purchase a Condominium Plan you need to have the correct prefix. In your case Ottawa-Carleton Standard Condominium Corporation Plan 883 has a prefix of OCCP. Please enter OCCP883 in the search bar to obtain the Plan.
Here's a tip:
Service Ontario provides a Condominium Prefix List which is very helpful when trying to determine the appropriate prefix when ordering a Condominium Plan. Click https://www.teraview.ca/en/serviceontario-prefixes-and-cross-references/ if you would like to access the list.
