Unable to request the Property Report due to the Feedback/Chat icon

In some instances the feedback/chat button may prevent you from selecting the property report from the search results.  To resolve this issue we recommend you reduce the zoom level by using the Ctrl plus the minus ( - ) key on your keyboard.

When you are changing the zoom level, your mouse should be focused on the top of the search results box and not the map window.
