GeoWarehouse: How do I report an address discrepancy?

An address may be different than expected or may not be included in GeoWarehouse® due to the fact that the address field is not a mandatory field at the time of preparing and registering a document within the Land Registry System. Legal description and PIN (Property Identification Number) is the official identifier for real property in Ontario.  

To report an address correction in GeoWarehouse® follow the steps below:

1. While logged log into your GeoWarehouse account, search for the Property Report of the address in question. 

2. Click on the blue “Suggest an address correction” link in the Property Details section

3. Complete the form with the new address, a link to Google Maps, and any additional notes to help us confirm your recommendation

Please note, the address correction can take up to 10 business days to reflect in GeoWarehouse once the information is submitted
