The Land Registry database contains a vast array of information including:
1. PIN number - The Property Identification Number (PIN) is a 9 digit number assigned by the land registry system to each property.
2. Land Registry Status - The Land Registry status confirms whether the property is active or inactive. The PIN with an active status is the most current record.
3. The Property Description - The Property Description is the legal description of the property.
4. The Party To - This is usually the owner of the property but the label "Party To" is also used when the property is a "Registry" type property.
