The Find Comparables button at the bottom after setting the parameters is greyed out. Why is this?

Thank you for your message.
I am sorry that you experienced issues with the Comparable search.
If you are referring to the fact that the button is greyed out. We have discovered an issue which is caused by the zoom level on the browser. The work around for this issue is to minimize the resolution on the browse by using the Ctrl plus the minus ( - ) key on your keyboard.
When you are changing the zoom level, your mouse should be focused on the top of the search results box and not the map window.
