I set up a search for something in Niagara South or Niagara North, put in the address and what turns up are Toronto Address. Works that way in reverse as well. Put he address in 1st, then pick the region and I still get Toronto.  Happening again and again.

    Good Morning Ms. Kolli,

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with the search.

When using the address as a method of search in GeoWarehouse®, the system will perform a Province wide search.  Unfortunately, if it does not yield results, it means the address cannot be found.  GeoWarehouse® data is derived from the Electronic Land Registry Service of Ontario, and address is not a mandatory field within the system. The legal description and PIN is the official identifier for real property in Ontario.

Here are some tips to search a property using an alternative method:

    1. Map Window – If you know the physical location of the property, navigate to it using the Map Window. Locate the property and use the single click function on your mouse to access more information. This can be done regardless of the property having a label on it.
    2. ARN- Assessment Roll Number noted on the owner's tax bill
    3. Name- When using the name search it must match the name on title

    I hope this helps.

I hope you have a wonderful day.
