    Hi,

I can not find country property address. It will not come up. But yet two other properties down the road are listed and they come up but the one I need does not? What can I do to get that information?

The Property address is 2064 10 Concession Rd.W. Hamilton,

    Thanks

    Good morning,

I'm searching for the address at 24 Marina Ave which I can't find in your system.  I was able to locate the complete address of 24 Marina Ave, Etobicoke M8W 1K2 in google maps.  Does this address exist and/or is  the property not registered at the land registry office?

Thank you and look forward to your reply.

    Gerald

    Hi Gerald,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I am sorry that you experienced issues with your search. I have tried searching the subject property and was also unsuccessful.

The address data is not a mandatory field when documents are being prepared and registered within the Land Registration System of Ontario, the Land Registry uses the PIN and legal description to identify a property this is why searching by address may not produce a result if no address is found in the system that matches you search criteria. Once you locate the property the address field section will show as "N/A" (Not available).

Here are some tips to search a property using an alternative method:

    • Name - If the registered owner's name(s) are known

    • ARN- If you have the Assessment Roll Number from an MPAC report
    • PIN - If you have a document with the PIN included.

    • Map Window – If you know the physical location of the property, navigate to it using the Map Window. Locate the property and single click on your mouse to access more information. This can be done regardless of the property having a label on it.

    Hope this helps.
