I purchased something in the Store, but never received a copy

If you purchased something in GeoWarehouse and didn't get it by email or missed the download link, you can find your purchases and receipt in your account.*

1. Go to Account located at the top right of the search window

2. Select My Account

3. Your purchases and receipts are in the Recent Downloads section.

*If you are not seeing any purchases or the document you are looking for, please log into PropertyLine, as you may have purchased one of their reports, which would not be available in your GeoWarehouse account.
