I purchased something in the Store, but never received a copy

If you bought something in GeoWarehouse (excluding Propertyline (MPAC) reports) and didn't get it by email or missed the download link, you can find your purchases and receipt in your account.

1. Go to Account located at the top right of the search window

2. Select My Account

3. Your purchases and receipts are in the Recent Downloads section.
