The green outline represents the Ownership parcels which are based on Title descriptions. The blue line around the parcel represents the subject property that has been searched.
The orange outline represents the Assessment parcels which are based on MPAC’s Legal description of the lands.
The yellow line that is shown dividing the property in Geowarehouse is the boundary of the Assessment parcel. For further information, the map legend is available at the top right of the map.

if the green line is the property ownership is that the real property line for the property?
OR
is the orange line the real property line or boundry,
it`s very confusing to land owners when that's a large difference between the two lines
please help
would a surveyor run the green line or the orange line?
Hello Brian,
The orange line represents the Assessment parcels which are based on MPAC’s Legal description of the lands. The blue/green line around the whole property represents Ownership parcels which are based on Title descriptions (Land Registry system). They come from two different sources. We ask that for actual property lines you look at a plan of survey.
I hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
Susana
