How to find the full purchase price for a property bought from the builder

The Sales History section displays past transactions showing transfer-type documents. If the listed owner purchased from the builder, the sale price (consideration) will show.

ServiceOntario mandates that we extract the sales price from the consideration field on the first page of the transfer document, aligning with the Parcel Register records.

Thus, it cannot be confirmed if the price on GeoWarehouse reflects the total paid to the builder.
