How to search for Comparables for more than one year?

If you need to search for comparables further back than the default of 6 months*, you can use the calendar option or one of the other preset time ranges.  To do this, follow these steps:

• Click on the heading Filter Results By to expand this section

• Once this section is opened you will see other preset time ranges or you can click on Calendar to enter a specific date range

* You can change the defaults for comparables under Preferences in your Profile
