How to order Condominium documents?

There are several options available for obtaining information regarding condominiums and related documentation.

If the registered instrument for the condominium declaration is known, it can be retrieved for review. Simply enter the registered instrument number in the search bar and click on the search button. A blue option will appear to view details; upon clicking this option, you will be directed to the GeoWarehouse store to purchase the document.  Step by step instructions on how to order an instrument can be found here.

if you do not know the instrument registration number, the "Title Check" feature in GeoWarehouse will assist in identifying pertinent documents. A parcel register can be obtained, along with the option to select any associated documents.
